Anna’s Candles offers flat rate shipping for all on-line orders – so you know exactly what your order total will be before you reach our Checkout…

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you undamaged and in excellent condition.  Your order will then be shipped to your nominated address via Australia Post Standard Parcel Service.



Flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 Australia Wide


Where full payment has been made by Credit Card at the time of order placement, orders will be shipped immediately – please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive prior to contacting us.

Where you choose to pay for your purchase either by Cheque/Money Order or Direct Credit to our Bank Account, your order will be shipped once your payment has been confirmed.

Anna's Candles Refunds Policy

Naturally, we want you to be completely satisified with your purchase from Anna’s Candles!
 
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong and despite our best efforts, your order may not be quite right.
 
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been shipped, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order to arrange either replacement of the damaged item/s or a refund of the purchase price.
 
Should your order not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately to discuss replacement or refund options.

Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Products
 
In the unlikely event that one or more products have been damaged while on their way to you or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with details of the damage incurred within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.  We may ask that any damaged items or incorrectly shipped items be returned to us prior to arranging a replacement or refund.
 
Depending on the circumstances of your particular issue, we may offer you either…
 
 
1:  Replacement of the damaged/incorrect item/s, completely FREE OF CHARGE (including shipping of the replacement item/s to you) – or
 
2:  A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping if not all products are damaged) of the damaged/incorrect item/s.
 
 
Product Does Not Meet Your Expectations
 
At Anna’s Candles, we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality candles and supplying quality accessories sourced only from reputable suppliers.  We want you to LOVE our products!
 
In the unlikely event that our product/s do not meet your high expectations, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order to discuss replacement/refund options.
 
Depending on the circumstances of your request, we may choose to either offer you either a replacement product to the same value completely FREE OF CHARGE or a refund of the product price.
